Coating Performance Testing: Lightly scratch the coating with your fingernail; there should be no large areas of powder or exposed substrate. Drop a small amount of water onto the surface; if the water droplet stays for a short time without quickly spreading, the waterproof coating is qualified. After printing, the ink should not smudge or spread; the image should have high resolution, saturated colors, and no obvious pinholes or defects.
Durability Assessment: Check the product's weight parameters. High-quality fabrics typically weigh over 300g/㎡; higher weight indicates a thicker fabric. Quick Self-Check Method: Place a small drop of standard test oil on the back of the fabric. If the oil droplet remains for more than one minute without quickly penetrating, the fabric density is acceptable, and the image will not absorb the oil, causing a grayish color.
