Conventional Flat Woven Structures:These typically employ basic interweaving structures such as twill and twill, with weights ranging from 150gsm to 300gsm. Some special types utilize non-orthogonal interweaving structures such as biaxial skew or triaxial weaving. There are also composite knitted fabrics with loop interlocking as the core, exhibiting excellent impact resistance and energy absorption.

 

3D Structures: These add yarns in the thickness direction outside the two-dimensional plane, including 3D woven fabrics, 3D knitted fabrics, and 3D braided fabrics. Their thickness far exceeds that of ordinary fabrics, achieving high overall mechanical properties.

 

Special Functional Structures: Typical examples include tubular fabrics, which form a closed double-layered cylindrical shape through synchronous interweaving of warp and weft yarns in a 1:1 ratio, with a thickness of 0.14-0.80 mm. Custom-designed conical structures are also possible. Nonwoven fabrics, on the other hand, are formed by the directional/random arrangement of single fibers, eliminating the need for traditional yarn interweaving and maximizing the inherent characteristics of the fibers.
